NBP- Psychiatric Epidemiology: How to calculate DALYs, YLLs, and YLDs for mental and substance use disorders

In this animation from NBP-Psychiatric Epidemiology funded by the Danish National Research Foundation learn how to calculate: (a) Disability Adjusted Life Years (DALYs), (b) Years of Life Lost (YLLs), (c) Years Lived with Disability (YLDs) and a recently introduced average person-level measure that takes into account the contribution of relevant comorbidities to disability, the Health Loss Proportion (HeLP).
