Cardiovascular disease (CVD) continues to be a significant health concern globally, causing substantial morbidity and mortality and addressing this health issue requires more than just focusing on individual behaviors or medical treatments.
Social determinants of health (SDOH), the conditions in the environments where people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age, have emerged as crucial factors that significantly impact health outcomes, particularly in relation to CVD.
